Using Case Context in Chat

When you have an active case profile, the AI can use it for context:

"Based on my case, what are the strongest grounds for appeal?"

β†’ AI will reference your case profile details

"Draft an introduction paragraph for my appeal letter"

β†’ AI will use claimant info and injury details

"What evidence do I need to counter the denial reason?"

β†’ AI will analyze the stated denial reason

Best Practices

Keep Profiles Updated

Update your case profile as new information becomes availableβ€”new evidence, medical records, or correspondence.

Track All Deadlines

Enter all deadlines immediately. Missing a filing deadline can be fatal to your appeal.

Organize by Type

Group documents by type (medical, evidence, correspondence) for easier navigation.

Use Descriptive Names

Name files clearly: 'dr-smith-specialist-report-2025-03-15.pdf' is better than 'scan001.pdf'.
