All Credit Purchases Are Final
Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital credits, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits are delivered immediately upon successful payment and have no cash value.
Why We Don't Offer Refunds
- •Instant Delivery: Credits are added to your account immediately upon payment and can be used right away.
- •Digital Product: Unlike physical goods, digital credits cannot be "returned" once delivered.
- •No Expiration: Your credits never expire, so you can use them whenever you're ready.

Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis:
- Duplicate charges due to technical errors
- Service outages preventing credit usage for an extended period
- Unauthorized charges (fraud) — report immediately
Service Discontinuation
If we discontinue Safe Appeals Cloud, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and make reasonable efforts to allow you to use your remaining credits. At our discretion, we may offer pro-rata refunds for unused credits in such circumstances.
